Finding Inner Calmness

According to NLP practitioner and experienced healer,Kathy Welter-Nichols, relinquishing control is one of the ways to find inner calm.She explained that "when you let your thoughts move freely while you are in a deeply relaxed state, you release all of the tension you feel in your body. You also release your inner struggle.

Self-hypnosis helps you enter your subconscious mind when it is in a receptive state. You can reprogram your thoughts, taking control of them from within. You seek peacefulness and calmness in your quest. You have the ability to find inner peace within yourself if you allow your thoughts to flow naturally."

That is one of the most useful advice that I have heard in a long time...I mean it seems very obvious but until it is put in words like this, it does not make much sense and hit you - well at least it was like that for me.
